The fact that this actually got in front of a judge appalls me. This State Senator filed a lawsuit against God saying that, "God has made terroristic threats against the senator and his constituents in Omaha, inspired fear and caused 'widespread death, destruction and terrorization of millions upon millions of the Earth's inhabitants".
He wanted to make the point that should have access to the courts no matter how rich or poor. How exactly does this suit make that point?
I think the point he actually made is that he's a complete asshat who likes to waste taxpayers time and money.

Also, he needs to read his bible. The God he is talking about was in the old testimont, he is a much nicer God in the New Testimont. A kinder gentler God. I am sure their is a statue of limitations on plague, locust, floods and the like. I think the old testimont was over several thousand years ago! (tee hee)
