During a press conference after the suspect in a Deputy's murder was killed by SWAT officers, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, explained why 110 rounds were fired at the suspect after he refused to come out of hiding and pointed gun at SWAT officers......
"I suspect the only reason 110 rounds was all that was fired was that's all the ammunition they had," Judd said. "We were not going to take any chance of him shooting back."
In other words if we had more ammunition we would have used it....Gotta love SWAT!!
